For our student athletes - each program will have a try-out period. The fall season programs will have try-outs prior to the beginning of school. Try-outs for winter sports will be in early October and try-outs for spring sports will be in early December. Watch the Daily Bulletin for notices about the try-out dates. All athletes are required to have a physical examination prior to participation. You can obtain your physical from your own physician or you can c ontact Dr. Ryan Zimmerman 1039 Foothill Blvd (1 block west of Angeles Crest Highway) La Canada, CA 91011 (818) 952-0172. In order to be eligible academically, all athletes must maintain a 2.0 or better grade point average (GPA) or the student may be declared ineligible to participate in sports. Students that have a GPA lower than 2.0 and passed four classes will be required to attend tutorial classes and have thier academic progress monitored in order to play sports. All freshman entering Pasadena High School will automatically have their academic progress monitored and may receive tutoring services until they display consistent academic effectiveness. We look forward to having you become a part of our Bulldog athletic program. If we can answer any questions about our programs please send me an email or give us a call. ![]() Welcome to Pasadena High School!
